*Recurring revenue is net of all subscription and payment processing fees.

Example: A referral pays $20 for their monthly subscription and processes $20,000 in credit card transactions in a given month. For that month, 50% revenue share could be $9.56 (subscription) + $170.46 (processing profit) for a total of $180 rev share. These are ballpark figures. Each transaction has slightly different fees based on payment type.
